This was a commission for a couple that love their historic home located on a back road in an historic part of Bainbridge. When I delivered the painting they invited me in the kitchen to see a new acquisition, which was a watercolor done by my Father! It was such a surprise, and I discovered that we both painted trees with the same technique! So I must have learned something from him. This charming home and street scene reminded me of Maine, where my family spent summers as a child, and I watched my Dad paint. SOLD
