This is the site of Chief Seattle's summer longhouse, in Suquamish. The scene is looking northeast toward Bainbridge and Seattle. The morning fog had burned off, except for a remaining bank off the Seattle shore. My painting group felt the spirit in this place, and we had a wonderful morning. The red sail boat actually went by, but the gull was imagined, to get the viewer back in the painting. I think I found "Ted" again! (21.5"x13.5") $1,300
