This is a peaceful and calm reflecting pool at The Bloedel Reserve on Bainbridge Island. The reflected light of the alder trees was like a stained glass window in a church! Squirrels were dropping fir tree cones near me as I sketched and painted the scene. I will never forget the experience, and hope you enjoy my painting
