This is Ruth Carr painting at the Strawberry Cannery Park on Bainbridge Island. Ruth recently passed away, and our plein air group is having a celebratory art show at the Bainbridge Library in January. We painted in Ruth's studio during the winter with a crackling cedar fire and coffee at the ready.
