Ruth's Beach

  1. A wonderful day painting on Ruth Carr's beach. There are cloth bags containing oysters shared by the community above the beach. There are many more bags near Bloedel. More information is available on the Oyster Renewal Project website.
Members of my plein air group are visible near the bulkhead. 30 or more canadian geese were feeding at the water's edge, and a large bald eagle flew overhead with a large salmon in its talons!
A typical Bainbridge Island beach experience!
